You have no experience with yoga, never practiced Iyengar Yoga or your condition is not 100%? The beginners classes are an ideal way to get to know Iyengar Yoga. The lessons are accessible to everyone who come to the center for the first time. The lessons have a lot of variation:
preparatory exercises, easy stretches and some elementary yoga postures (asanas), especially standing poses, simple twists and forward bends.
You will stretch parts of your body you were not even aware of possessing. The lessons are energetic and relaxing.
Level 1
Beginners without much experience of yoga or other body work exercise. Gradual build up to get experience and confidence
Level 2
Beginners with some experience in yoga or other body work. It is slighly more challenging for new comers who prefer a more taxing start.
