Beginner’s classes (Level 1 and 2)
You have no experience with yoga, never practiced Iyengar yoga? The beginners classes are an ideal way to get to know Iyengar Yoga. The lessons are accessible to everyone who come to the center for the first time. The lessons are energetic and relaxing.
For students who are new to Iyengar yoga. Level 1 builds on the introductory poses, beginner back extensions and shoulder stand is introduced.
Beginners with 6 months level 1 experience. Intense variations of the yoga postures are introduced, postures are held for longer timings, begin to deepen and refine understanding of the postures. Shoulder stand variations and head stand are taught.
